loose ceramic floor tiles?

I have a ceramic floor that's been down for approx 10 years. A few of the tiles were loose, and I pulled them up to recement them First, how do I get the old mastic off of the cement board, second some of the tiles are under new kitchen cabinets and are only partially loose, any way I can just get some mastic under the tile without having to remove the cabinet??

There is no easy answer. You'll need to scrape or chisel the thinset/mastic off of the floor, being careful to not chip the existing tile. For those under the counter, try to gently pry them up to get a dab or two of mastic under them. When you regrout - that grout will help hold then togethe.

Good Luck
