You do not use ohm's law (V = iR) for this problem.

Rather, you are using the definition of power (P = iV)

Power = current (i.e. coulomb's per second) x voltage (i.e. joules per coulomb).

= 133 x 8.31.

The amount of ENERGY is E = Pt = 133 x 8.31 x 3600 (the number of seconds in one hour).
