Bike Bicycle
Can anyone recoemnd a bike stand to convert a bicycle into an exercise bike?
I know there are these triangular shaped devices, that you mount the back of a bicycle to, and it converts the bike into a stationary exercise bike...I think there are different types of machines...ie, one may use a belt for resistance, one may use magnets, etc.
Does anyone have any recomendations? i want something good, but i don't want to pay an arm and a leg.

Check out www.performancebike.com, or, if possible, go to one of their shops. I use a TravelTrac Century and have no problems with it. I cost me about $100 bucks. Many cycle shops and the online shops will have things like this on sale this time of year. Another brand that you may want to look at is Minoura. Good quality for a decent price.
